Pay Revision Arrear 2019 processing in spark

 2021 മാർച്ച് മുതൽ നടപ്പിലാക്കിയ പതിനൊന്നാം ശമ്പളപരിഷ്കരണത്തിന്റെ 2019 മുതലുള്ള arrear നാല് തവണകളായി cash ആയി നൽകുമെന്ന് പരിഷ്കരണം നടപ്പിലാക്കിയ കാലത്ത് പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.

 നൽകാനുള്ള നാല് ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾമെന്റിൽ, രണ്ട് ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾമെന്റ് ഇപ്പോൾ അനുവദിച്ച് നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട് . 

ആദ്യത്തെ തവണമാത്രം bill process ചെയ്താൽ മതിയാകും .ആദ്യത്തെ ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾമെന്റ് ട്രെഷറിയിൽ നിന്ന് പാസായി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ രണ്ടാമത്തെ ബില്ല് generate ചെയ്യാൻ Accounts ൽ make bill എന്ന ഓപ്ഷൻ സെലക്ട് ചെയ്താൽ മതി . 

ആദ്യത്തെ ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾമെന്റ് മാറിയതിന്ശേഷം മാത്രമേ രണ്ടാമത്തെ ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾമെന്റ് മാറുവാൻ സാധിക്കുകയുള്ളു.റിട്ടയമെന്റിനോട് അനുബന്ധിച്ച് PF ക്ലോസ് ചെയ്തവർക്കും റിട്ടയർ ചെയ്തവർക്കും രണ്ട് ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾമെന്റുകളും cash ആയി മാറിയെടുക്കുവാൻ സാധിക്കും . 

spark ൽ നിന്ന് generate ചെയ്യുന്ന pay revision arrear  bill ന്റെ  physical copy ട്രഷറിയിൽ submit ചെയ്യണം .ഇങ്ങനെ submit ചെയ്യുന്ന ബില്ലുകളിൽ താഴെ പറയുന്ന certificates  നിർബന്ധമായും എഴുതേണ്ടതാണ്

Certified that first installment(25%)  of the Pay Revision Arrear Sanctioned and credited to PF by vide Order No. G.O.(P)No.38/2025/(79)/Fin Dated, 29-03-2025.

Certified that the amount claimed in this bill has not been drawn in any previous bills

സർവീസിൽ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലും റിട്ടയർ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുന്നോടിയായി Pf close ചെയ്തവർ 

 

Certified that the PF accounts of employees in this bill have been closed prior to their retirement from service and are eligible to receive the PR arrear amount in cash as per Order No. G.O.(P)No.38/2025/(79)/Fin Dated, 29-03-2025.

Certified that the amount claimed in this bill has not been drawn in any previous bills

 

റിട്ടയർ ചെയ്തവരുടെ ബില്ല് 

 

Certified that first installment(25%)  of the Pay Revision Arrear Sanctioned and Paid in Cash to the retired employee as per Order No. G.O.(P)No.38/2025/(79)/Fin Dated, 29-03-2025.

Certified that the incumbent had retired from service on..............................and pay fixed to Rs.................. with effect from 01.07.2019 as per GO (P)  No. 27/2021/Fin Dated : 10.02.2021.

Certified that the amount is not crediting to ETSB A/c of the pensioner

Certified that the amount claimed in this bill has not been drawn in any previous bills.

Pensioners ന് 

ETSB account Treasury യിൽ നിന്ന് Close ചെയ്താൽ മുമ്പ് നൽകിയിരുന്ന Bank Account Details Automatic  SPARK ൽ update ആകും.
